A Coventry man has admitted to charges of indecent exposure and sexual assault following a disturbing incident earlier this week.
Ranjit Sadra, 45, appeared before magistrates on 24 April and entered guilty pleas to both offences.
Sadra was arrested after approaching a woman at War Memorial Park in Cheylesmore, where he exposed himself and began undressing in view of members of the public, including young children. He later assaulted another woman elsewhere in the park by touching her inappropriately. Police were called to the scene and quickly detained Sadra. He was subsequently charged with indecent exposure and sexual assault. Following his guilty pleas today, Sadra was remanded in custody. He is due to be sentenced at Coventry Crown Court on 22 May.
